Kroll Ontrack, the data recovery and ediscovery services provider, is inviting IT service resellers to an exclusive training event behind the scenes at its brand new, state of the art data recovery facility in Epsom, Surrey.

The event will take place on Wednesday 30th March 2016 at 10.30 am and will last approximately two hours. Kroll Ontrack’s new facility is based in Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5AD, close to Epsom railway station.

The itinerary for the event will include a tour of the new premises and an exclusive look behind the scenes in Kroll Ontrack’s Class 100 cleanroom. The engineering team will deliver a dedicated training session about Kroll Ontrack’s data recovery and erasure services and will also be available to answer technical questions about any aspect of data management. The exclusive training will give attendees the opportunity to become Kroll Ontrack Authorised Partners, accessing exclusive discounts and many other benefits.

Phil Bridge, Managing Director for Western Europe at Kroll Ontrack said: “We are very proud of our new facility and look forward to welcoming IT service companies to attend this exclusive, completely free of charge event. Our research with resellers shows that when they offer data recovery or erasure services to clients they go on to sell an additional range of services making an average of £5,000-10,000 in extra sales per year. In fact more than nine in 10 of our resellers say that their clients purchase additional products and services as a result of working with them on data recovery projects.”

Kroll Ontrack launched its new Authorised Partner Programme in October 2014 and has 10,000+ partners in the UK and over 100,000 globally. The programme offers a series of benefits and discounts to help resellers extend their service and product portfolio. It offers referral fees or discounts and a trained team of Partner Services Consultants to assist the partner and their customers throughout the data recovery and data management process.

The Kroll Ontrack Authorised Partner Programme has developed sales and marketing resources as well as educational material to help resellers familiarise themselves with how the products and services can help their customers while also increasing their sales. It also regularly offers promotions and giveaways to reward the partners for their participation in the programme.
