Kwik Fit Insurance was launched in 1995 and is one of the UK’s leading insurance services companies offering customers a range of domestic insurance products – including car, home, travel and motorbike cover. Employing more than 1000 staff in their award winning Lanarkshire call centre, they handle approximately 10 million calls every year and are committed to offering customers the highest standards of service.
THUS is delivering high capacity, voice capability over its industry leading next-generation network (NGN) which boasts the scalability and reliability, essential to help Kwik Fit Insurance achieve its goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Telephony service is the backbone of its business and the business-critical communication solution provided by THUS continues to offer all the reassurance required for Kwik Fit Insurance to extend this contract.
