Specialist IT services provider, Lanway, has moved further towards achieving its ambitious growth strategy with the appointment of David Holt as Head of Sales.
David, formerly Head of Southern Sales at Equanet, joins Lanway tasked with continuing the firm’s development in sector-specific services delivery, and leading and directing the dedicated sales teams.
Lanway has undergone rapid expansion over recent months, increasing its workforce by 10% and driving sales in the corporate, education, housing and SME markets.
Prior to his role at Equanet, David managed the corporate sales division at Insight, a business and government solutions provider, and grew HKW Information Services, where he was Sales Director to a £11.5 million operation.
Commenting on his new role, David said: “The growth plans at Lanway are incredibly exciting. We’re looking to capitalise on our focused, sector-specific structure, driving the contracts and services element of the business, and have set ourselves a 25% profit increase to aim at. It’s important for me to be in a dynamic environment with its sights on success, and I’m looking forward to being part of Lanway in the years to come.”
