ProcessFlows continues to grow their Unified Communications team, appointing Simon Latham to work with ProcessFlows UC channel partners in this important and growing market sector.
Simon will help ProcessFlows build-on successful working relationships already established with Unified Communication channel partners, which have seen the delivery of complex business process improvement solutions for our partner’s customers.
Partners are choosing ProcessFlows to help deliver solutions that are not core to the partner or that require a ‘Best of Breed’ offer above the telephony vendor’s capabilities.
Andy Whiteside, UC Solutions Manager at ProcessFlows, said; “The UC market is constantly changing. Once the domain of PBX providers, UC solutions were limited to larger organisations with big budgets and global strategies. Now, companies across the board are identifying that UC can help transform the way they process information, connect with their staff and customers and improve the efficiency of every day working practices. This is creating new and exciting opportunities for UC integrators like us.”
“Simon has over 20 years UC, Telecom and Call Processing experience gained working with market leading providers Siemens, Active Voice, Interalia and Avaya. He brings a wealth of new ideas and know-how to our UC team, which will be a real asset in developing these new business opportunities.”
