Lebara Mobile, provider of low cost international mobile services from the UK, has announced the creation of 200 new jobs, including 55 at its new UK-based customer services centre.
With the announcement of these new jobs, as well as the launch of its multi-lingual customer services centre sited near its London base in Tower Hill, Lebara Mobile is further demonstrating strong performance in tough economic conditions, it claimed.
The business stated that to meet the needs of its diverse customer base, customers’ calls can be answered in one of 12 languages by Lebara’s customer services team, which has grown substantially over the last year.
