Regenersis (LSE:RGS) has been selected by LG UK to deliver a ground-breaking customer care centre deal in the UK. Regenersis will deliver a 50-seat customer care centre dedicated to LG from its Huntingdon (Cambridgeshire) facility.
The care centre will handle a wide range of support functions for LG customers – from general enquiries through to high-level technical support. Providing phone, email, white-mail and web chat solutions, the facility will be a centre of excellence for a wide range of LG products – from home appliances to flat panel televisions, computers and monitors, to home cinema and mobiles. It is anticipated that the care centre will handle more than half a million service events per year.
