ScanSource has announced the addition of Lifesize to its line card through ScanSource Communications in the US and Canada and ScanSource Imago in Europe. The addition of Lifesize will provide partners with an integrated, cloud-based application, connected conference room devices for audio, video and web conferencing alongside ScanSource’s support services.
“As the hosted video conferencing market continues to grow, our partners are looking for additional ways to deliver video solutions to fit their varying customer needs,” said Rich Long, president, ScanSource Communications. “The Lifesize portfolio will be a strong addition to our video solutions offerings within our ProAV practice.”
“Partnering with Lifesize, a company that has long been at the forefront of video collaboration, provides our customers with additional cloud solutions and services to enhance their range of AV applications,” added James Vickerage, president, ScanSource Imago.
Lifesize’s market-leading products deliver scalable audio, web and video conferencing, combining an integrated, cloud-based conferencing experience, with easy-to-use HD camera and HD conference phone systems. Its cloud platform also easily integrates with third-party customer endpoints, allowing for seamless and flexible video collaboration capabilities.
