Lloyd Appointed at Entatech

Distributors
Entatech UK has announced the appointment of Paul Lloyd, who will be heading up the distributor’s white label cloud offering, Entacloud.

Paul has worked within the channel for a variety of Service providers over the past 25 years, working within the ‘as a service’ market for the last 10 years. Paul has a clear understanding of the issues and challenges companies will face when looking to move from a transactional to subscription based business.

“There is a great deal of confusion in the market and it is difficult for MSP’s to know where to go, or what to do. Entacloud offers a one-stop-shop for cloud services, based on a simple and intuitive interface.” says Lloyd. “This is a significant move forwards and Entacloud will offer a comprehensive range of business support services to aid resellers as they make this business transition.”

Entatech have brought Paul on board in order to effectively and successfully launch this new venture to a lucrative market, and will utilize his experience to work closely with partners and support them on the evolution of their business. Dave Stevinson, Entatech Managing Director, commented: “Paul Lloyd is a splendid ambassador for the Entacloud both internally and externally.”

To be officially launched in early 2016, Entatcloud is Entatech’s first move into the world of Cloud based services. Entacloud will provide resellers with a one-stop-shop solution for cloud, cloud management, infrastructure, business applications, security, backup and storage as a service. The primary goal of Entacloud is to help businesses increase their stakeholder value, by moving into the cloud. Resellers will benefit from no upfront investment or commitment and will receive a comprehensive support package to ensure success for all parties, including legal documentation, full training and marketing assets.

Developed in conjunction with Egenera’s Xterity Cloud Services, Entacloud will deliver a full range of dedicated, managed, private and hybrid cloud services, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DaaS) and Backup as a Service (BaaS) exclusively through the channel.
