Peter Black, the Telecom Adjudicator has reported that there are now 3.931 million unbundled LLU lines and the indications are that demand remains strong as CP’s continue to implement their network strategies.
The OTA’s January 2008 report adds that there are 4.56 million WLR lines and the number of telephone numbers using CPS remains at 5.89 million.
