Daisy Group Plc proved its strength in the local area by winning the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce ‘Large Business of the Year ‘ award.
Nominated for its growth and a dedication to the East Lancashire area, the company proved a clear winner against fellow nominees.
Jason Sharp, Group Finance Director, collected the award on behalf of the company. He said: “The judges were impressed by our commitment to the local area where we employ some 380 staff and in the next few years are looking to increase this figure by a further 200.
“They also congratulated our Chief Executive Matt Riley on his vision for the company and how he has made such incredible growth a reality.”
