Looking to make more out of the need for faster connectivity?

SMEs are looking for faster, more reliable connectivity and this presents an opportunity for resellers to upgrade their broadband bases and take business from any competitors that fail to do the same. ADSL2+ is now widely available and the market is experiencing a wave of demand for fibre broadband (FTTC), copper Ethernet (EFM) and fibre Ethernet.

Griffin is helping its Partners meet this demand by integrating FTTC into the MOPS online provisioning and fault management system, building online portals for Ethernet and launching the ESG to guide Partners through the process.

Griffin launched The ESG in November last year to help resellers upsell services into their existing customer base avoiding all known pitfalls. Over 2000 postcodes a month are being entered into the online Ethernet quoting tool and Partners can now line check, order and manage their ADSL2+ and FTTC lines in the same zero-touch way that they have always done with standard broadband products.

“The demand for faster services represents a huge opportunity for resellers to improve ARPU and sign customers up to longer term contracts with improved margins. Sales of next generation access have gone through the roof and the option to upsell network monitoring and security services is helping our Partners to get more from their existing customers.” Lee Broxson, Head of Sales.
