Outsourced IT and telephony services company LuxTech has launched their new converged IP based business solution “Integrated Office”. The new IP telephony based communications solution will assist small to medium sized enterprises to dramatically improve and optimise their business communications.
Russell C Lux, Managing Director of LuxTech, comments on this new offering “We have been supplying high quality IT support services to the B2B sector for a number of years and we fully understand the needs of this market. The Integrated Office solution is a natural extension to our existing services and will provide our customers with new ways to gain competitive advantage using technology that was previously price prohibitive and therefore only available to larger corporate enterprises.”
Lux continues, “The new converged solution will address any business from the SOHO user to companies with over 250 extensions. It will allow firms to run their IT and telephony applications on a single network, eliminating the need to implement two different cabling infrastructures and therefore the associated capital expenditure. The solution will only require one support contract for both technologies, again reducing costs and providing a single point of contact for support and service.”
The IP telephony system is developed on a software based “pure” IP technology platform and will enable companies to run a more effective operation by providing seamless integration with their existing contact management and CRM software. It will allow incoming callers to be recognised automatically when calling into the business, and integrates the telephony function with the customer database to allow rapid lookup of client details and information.
The solution will start from around £2000 for a 10-user system.
