As the worlds of Telephony and IT increasingly converge two companies from Hampshire have joined forces to provide ‘joined up’ for their customers.
M12 Solutions, this years’ Overall Winner of the Comms Channel Reseller Awards and an expert in the telecoms market, and EPS, a specialist in IT services have recently begun collaborating to offer an all encompassing business technology solution.
M12 say that CTD, a leading innovator in the aerospace and defence markets, has already taken advantage of their services. The collaboration was responsible for the total upgrade of both CTD’s phone and IT system which also involved ensuring the two systems were fully integrated. The result allows CTD to use cutting edge technology and optimise their IT and Telecoms usage. In order to provide the most efficient and effective service possible, M12 and ESP have also supplied CTD with a combined maintenance agreement and disaster recovery package
M12 Solutions and EPS hope this early success is the first step in a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

M12 Solutions was formed in August 2003 as a direct result of Azzurri Communications purchasing Convergent Systems. Business owner Andrew Skipsey was a former Director and Shareholder of Sotel. There, Skipsey was Sales Director and a main provider of new business as well as managing an account team who looked after a number of Convergent’s major customers.
EPS has grown as a company after a buy out by Neil Greenfield in January 2000. Greenfield and his fellow directors have established the company around its strong set of technology skills, focusing the direction, profile and target market to allow EPS to excel in offering serious technology solutions along with effective partnership based technology support. Greenfield remains the Managing director and one of the companies driving forces.
