M12 Maximise Sales Opportunity

M12 Solutions is pleased to announce a significant three site phone system purchase for West Country Accountancy and Financial Planning Firm Old Mill. This impressive deal, valued at over £100,000, covers a complete telecoms upgrade. The decision Followed a trial at Old Mill’s new Melkham office, the system will now be introduced to their three other offices in Exeter, Shepton Mallet and Yeovil.

The order is for the British made, Splicecom Maximiser phone systems as well as all the associated network services. M12 will project manage the migration from old early 90’s technology to the latest Voice over IP systems. Effectively all of the sites will appear “as one” for staff, who will be able to forward and transfer calls and also “log on” at any sites and home worker locations. The Maximiser will also allow mobile users to be joined to the system. This investment is key to Old Mill, not only improving its’ client services but to differentiate itself significantly from the competition.
