M247 expands London capacity

Global provider of cloud services and super-fast internet connectivity M247 has expanded its London capacity in a move to a newly refurbished office in Holborn Tower at the heart of its London customer base.

A bright new office space at the London premises was chosen for its growth potential, currently catering for a 30-strong provisioning and account management team which serves M247’s London customers, joined by the company’s commercial director, Phil Aboud.

Commenting on the company’s move Aboud says: “London is the international playground for global technology development, which is why it is important for M247 to have a strong presence as a specialist in super-fast internet connectivity.”

“M247 boasts growing numbers of employees in Manchester, Romania and London, and our new premises in Holborn Tower was the right fit to fulfil growth plans as part of our continued investment in the city of London.”

Jenny Davies, CEO of M247 comments: “Having successfully moved our Manchester HQ into new premises we were keen to expand our London premises too. The new London office offers an excellent location, cutting edge environment and the esteemed reputation of Holborn Tower is a great fit for our international connections.”

Rebranding as M247 just last year, the company now employs more than 250 people in Manchester, London and Bucharest.

Davies added: “We have served dynamic entrepreneurs at the helm of promising start-ups with connectivity and cloud storage credentials to rival anywhere in Europe. Now it’s time to demonstrate the value of the innovation and technology we offer in a physical environment with transport links to match our global ethos.”
