M247 has added a further three newly qualified SonicWALL technical support engineers based at the M247 head office in Manchester.
As part of a strategy to meet the demands of customers taking data security very seriously, these new additions bring their current SonicWALL support team to a total of eight engineers and there are plans to increase this level even further in the near future.
The Manchester head office of M247 also houses two state of the art green and highly efficient tier 3 datacentres and a round the clock support operation that looks after over 40,000 M247 customers worldwide.
