Mainline Business Mobile Event

Everything Everywhere distributor Mainline Digital Communications recently treated its Business Mobile members to a night of wining and dining at the picturesque four-star Priest House Hotel located in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside.

The hotel was the venue for the latest quarterly Business Mobile update meeting. Over the course of the day, presentations were given by Mainline’s Gail Hollisnhead and Eric Vogel, Everything Everywhere’s (EE) Kerry Jennings, Darren Goldsmith and Robert Jones, and Research In Motion’s Susanna Meyrick.

Topics covered in the meeting included an overview of the EE merger, ambitions for 2011, network share, market insight, promotions and the launch of the new Blueprint marketing catalogue from Mainline. In addition, the BlackBerry PlayBook was launched with a live demonstration.

The event included lunch, a drinks reception and a three-course meal in a private dining room overlooking the River Trent, followed by an overnight stay in one of the luxurious rooms at Priest House.

“These Mainline events are great,” comments James Rock from Direct Telecoms. “We are kept up to speed on the latest changes and any new products on offer. I was also able to network with the other dealers and get their views on the topics discussed in the meeting. This was followed by a lovely evening of Mainline hospitality.”

“The event was a great success and we’ve had some great feedback from our dealers,” comments Gail Hollinshead, Mainline’s director of dealer sales. “The Business Mobile meetings are designed to keep our dealers up-to-date with any recent and forthcoming changes.”
