Everything Everywhere distributor Mainline Digital Communications has made working with Orange even easier for its Business Mobile and m-viron dealers, by launching an enhanced support service that involves a dedicated team within Orange Business Support (OBS).
The new team provides Mainline’s dealers with direct, one-to-one support from OBS account controllers who are empowered to make decisions. Dealers will use a dedicated email address and phone number to get through to the team, circumventing the current contact systems used by the network.
The results will include a smoother processing of Orange business connections and faster responses to related enquiries.
“Each of our Business Mobile and m-viron dealers will have access to this dedicated team, which should mean quick decisions and less time on the phone,” says Mainline managing director, Andrew Boden. “This will help the dealer to enhance the quality of service to its business customers. Going forward, we hope this will be reflected in improved customer retention levels and more new business wins.”
