Mainline gets in position ahead of BB10 launch

Distributors
EE distributor Mainline Digital Communications has reinforced its strategic partner status with BlackBerry, thanks to the members of its dealer sales team who have achieved the BlackBerry Gold training standard.

“It’s testimony to the dedication of our sales team that so many of them have already achieved the BlackBerry Gold training standard, which is key to becoming and remaining a strategic partner,” says Mainline’s managing director Andrew Boden.

Strategic partner status provides Mainline with a range of benefits, which the distributor intends to use to continue to provide its dealer base with a significant competitive advantage.

Last year, Mainline offered a number of BlackBerry-specific value added services to its dealers, including additional connection bonuses, free kit, comprehensive training, staff incentives, marketing support and a lead generation campaign for its top ten dealers.

“This year, we plan to build on that activity, especially given the impending and much anticipated launch of BB10” says Boden, “And now that we have even more of our sales team trained up to BlackBerry Gold standard, we’re in an even better position to provide our dealers with the knowledge, support and expertise they require to sell BlackBerry products and solutions successfully.”
