Mainline offers Orange customer retention service

Everything Everywhere distributor Mainline Digital Communications is proactively supplying its dealers with the tools they need to help retain Orange customers with its Datashare service.

This service enables dealers to identify Orange customers that are eligible for an upgrade ahead of their contract period, supporting their customer retention process and helping to beat the competition.

The data comes directly from Orange and is reformatted by Mainline to make it more user friendly. It is supplied on a monthly basis and is downloadable via the dealer’s individual iManage account. Mainline’s business development managers review the data with individual dealers to ensure they have a plan in place to follow up with customers and maximise their use of the data.

“This is a great new value added service from Mainline,” comments Gail Hollinshead, Mainline’s director of dealer sales. “It allows dealers to ensure they are contacting existing customers well in advance of the three-month window of opportunity before the end of their contract.”
