Maintel has announced that it has acquired prestigious Avaya Platinum Business Partner status, effective immediately.
Avaya Platinum certification, which is held by only a handful of companies in the UK, is Avaya is the highest designation a Business Partner can receive and is much-coveted across the industry.
To achieve this status, Maintel has met a series of rigorous criteria that includes obtaining the highest levels of Avaya technical certifications and training, excellence in customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding revenue attainment goals, and delivering best-in-class customer service and support as measured by an independent survey organisation.
