Managed Services drive Exponential-e’s growth

Exponential-e, the UK Next Generation Network and applications provider, has achieved Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 status for the third consecutive year. This follows growth of 53 percent over the last three years.

The pioneering company, which designs and deploys corporate networking and managed services for business customers, was ranked 58 out of the 100 most promising technology companies in the UK. The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 list is compiled based on sales growth over the last three financial years. Fuelled by its early commitment to advanced state-of-the-art wide-area network technologies and more recently a focus on managed services and applications, Exponential-e has been achieving astonishing year-on-year growth since its inception in 2002. We are seven months into the 2009/2010 financial year and, in spite of the recession, our growth rate continues unabated.

Exponential-e specialises in deploying simple, cost-efficient and scalable multi-site solutions for businesses. Its portfolio boasts a range of managed services including voice, security, hosting, disaster-recovery and virtualisation applications. The company also has its sights set on bringing its powerful networking expertise to cloud computing having just launched a managed security service with centralised firewall functionality delivered from its cloud.

“The recession has meant we have been tried and tested in new ways in recent times. But great customer service, provisioning and deployment matched with a highly-compelling and constantly-evolving solution set continues to set us apart from the competition” said Lee Wade, Managing Director, Exponential-e. He went on to say “We continue to invest in our network, expanding its reach and extending its feature-rich functionality to more and more customers at price points which are tough to beat. Further investment is taking place which will put even more intelligence into our network and bring greater control to our customers. This will be essential as we refine our IP applications portfolio over the coming months”.

Colette Keegan, Business Administration Director, Exponential-e added “We’ve achieved a new maturity in the last few years. We’ve won our first Channel sector award in the form of “Most Innovative Channel Service 2009” and we’re on the shortlist for other industry awards to be announced later this year. We’ve gained accreditation to ISO9001 and we’ve successfully managed the passage of a second intake of academy trainees. New wins in the healthcare, aviation and legal sectors shows how our portfolio is compelling for an ever expanding customer base”.
