Commenting on the agreement, Stuart Priest, General Manager of MCL said: “Being appointed by Zigor as the company’s only VAD in the UK is a real vadidation of our business model of adding additional support services around our UPS product sales. Having the ability to offer site surveys, configuration, installation and commissioning services puts us in a unique market position, as we are able to offer Zigor resellers a true end-to-end solution when required”.
Lee Allen, Zigor UK’s Distribution Sales Manager said: “We’re delighted to have MCL on board as our sole VAD for the UK and to be working with a company who shares our absolute commitment to quality and customer service. This agreement means that our UK partner base now has access to a Distributor who can really add that extra value - complementing UPS sales with a full range of support services. This in turn, will also increase the potential revenue opportunity per sale”.
To celebrate becoming Zigor’s only VAD in the UK, MCL is offering free delivery on all Zigor units up to 3kva for the next three months (to the end of December 2009).
