Melbourne has won a three-year contract to supply wholesale email services, including webmail to The Phone Co-op, the independent consumer co-operative which provides fixed-line and broadband services, including email, across the UK.
The Phone Co-op says it selected Melbourne because of the security and reliability of its product, its reputation for technical support and its commitment to deliver the highest quality customer service.
Vivian Woodell, founder and CEO of The Phone Co-op, said: “We are delighted to be working with Melbourne. They were selected after a rigorous process involving a number of potential suppliers, and we are confident that our customers and members will appreciate the improved service that this change will bring.”
Matt Gardiner, Sales & Services Director for Melbourne, said: “We put our customers at the heart of everything we do and I’m delighted that The Phone Co-op recognises that. We look forward to helping The Phone Co-op provide a new, more reliable and user-friendly email service and webmail platform which benefits all its broadband customers.”
