Telax Hosted Call Centre is pleased to announce that they have signed a global reseller agreement with Metaswitch Networks to market and support an integrated cloud contact centre solution. The agreement will allow Metaswitch to directly offer its customers advanced capabilities for customer care and service desk operations, further enhancing the Metaswitch Hosted Business Services Solution.
