Micro Focus reveals Operations Bridge SaaS release

Micro Focus has announced the release of Operations Bridge – SaaS, combining the company’s Full-Stack AIOps platform with software-as-a-service.

The new offering aims to enable IT organisations to gain complete observability, resolve problems faster, drive efficiencies with automation and transform data into actionable insights.

Rohit De Souza, SVP and GM of ITOM at Micro Focus said that the team took the best of its on-premises AIOps solution and ‘made it SaaS simple’.

“Like our other SaaS offerings, Operations Bridge – SaaS includes flexible consumption and licensing models to reduce start-up costs for organisations, while providing built-in AI that does not need to be licensed, implemented or maintained separately,” De Souza added.

According to Micro Focus, the solution’s flexibility and speed eliminates ongoing maintenance, complex upgrades or capital expenditure approvals.

With 24×7 support, access to the Micro Focus OPTIC Data Lake, integrations with over 200 IT tools and automated event correlation powered by machine learning, Operations Bridge – SaaS provides functionality and ease of deployment with a migration path for existing customers, the company said.
