Union Street Technologies has announced that its aBILLity CRM Integration module is now listed on Microsoft Pinpoint, the searchable online directory of software applications interfacing with Microsoft technologies

To be listed Union Street completed the required ‘Microsoft Platform Ready’ testing to confirm that the aBILLity CRM solution installs cleanly into Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and that it uses the supported APIs. The solution can be deployed in both on-premises and cloud based environments. In the description the Microsoft Pinpoint listing states, “Union Street has developed a module that enables a bi-directional data exchange between aBILLity and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The product utilises web services and hence can be deployed when the Dynamics installation is on cloud, hosted or installed locally.”

Microsoft Dynamics integration with aBILLity allows comms providers (CPs) to view important billing data and tariff information within the Dynamics CRM application, making it ideal for salespeople who should not necessarily have full access to the billing platform. Dynamics CRM is an excellent marketing and prospect/customer management system. In addition the Dynamics CRM solution provides a comprehensive support ticketing system including hardware maintenance, kit inventory and resource scheduling. It also integrates with the aBILLity WLR3 portal making it easy to manage network faults within CRM.

Commenting on the Microsoft Pinpoint listing, Rob Bristow, Director of Project Implementations for Union Street stated, “A major challenge for CPs is drawing all their customer information together in one holistic system that is accurate, simple to administer and avoids the need for multiple data entries across different packages. The aBILLity application suite can meet this challenge in the billing and provisioning process, with integrated WLR3, CRM, accounts and revenue assurance tools, to provide a holistic solution for back office functions. A massive 35 per cent of Union Street revenues are reinvested into R&D to ensure that the aBILLity product portfolio is at the leading edge of technological innovation.”
