Following a seven year period in professional practice with Coopers & Lybrand, Mike assumed a senior financial reporting and operational support role for a publicly quoted PLC, before becoming finance director for US manufacturers, Inter-Tel (Europe) in 1999.
Following ten years presiding over consistent organic growth and expansion through acquisition, Inter-Tel was acquired by Mitel Networks and Mike joined Support Span in September 2009 as Finance and Operations Director.
As well as being a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Mike brings with him an in-depth knowledge of the telecoms and data industries and is well known to both manufacturers and channel resellers throughout the UK and EU.
The Support Span group also includes enterprise direct sales business - High Span Networks Limited and Splicenet Managed Services Limited which operates as a joint initiative with PBX Manufacturers Splicecom, providing field and remote technical support to their sales channels.
