Call management vendor Mind CTI is moving to new offices in Theale, West Berkshire, as a result of an extensive and successful reseller recruitment campaign, particularly within the Cisco reseller community.
Managing Director mark Armstrong commented, “The new offices will enable Mind CTI to offer resellers improved demonstration and product training facilities. The UK Support Centre of Excellence will also be headquartered here which means that resellers can be assured of access to local support whenever they need it.”
Mind CTI has made a virtue of keeping pace with Cisco’s developments, as a Solution Developer Partner PhonEX ONE has been certified on all releases of Unified Call Manager 3.x to 7.x. In addition to the technical alignment MIND CTI is a well respected member of Cisco’s global community, in particular their Industry Solutions Partner Network (ISPN). This reduces the risk and learning curve associated with new partnership as the networking giant has already managed away these concerns.
Armstrong concludes, “Our ISPN credentials mean a fast track on-boarding experience for Cisco resellers for our PhonEX ONE call management application.
