MIND Gains Avaya Compliance

MIND CTI, the call management solutions, today announced that its PhonEX ONE call management system is compliant with the Communication Manager IP telephony solution from Avaya.

The PhonEX ONE system helps businesses manage and control the telecommunication expenses, resources and productivity. Based on MS SQL database that interacts with enterprises’ active directory, PhonEX ONE is scalable and flexible to grow to any size and data network infrastructure.

The company says that with easy to use drill down reporting, PhonEX ONE is user centric and reports on all activity associated with an individual’s varied devices such as telephone, cellular phone, telephone calling card, conferencing and more. PhonEX ONE supports multi sites, multiple languages and currencies and multiple CDR sources. Cost cutting tools include Traffic Reports to manage resources, PSTN vs. VOIP, bandwidth and ‘What If’ reports to compare costs of alternate carriers. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Communication Manager Release 5.
