The Mitel 5000 CP works in either a fully digital or hybrid (digital and Internet Protocol or IP) environment and through the doubling of the digital capacity, the Mitel 5000 offers a great migration path for Axxess customers to the latest in IP communications.
The Mitel 5000 integrates with the Mitel Application Suite (MAS) allowing businesses to enjoy the latest in advanced IP applications such as Audio and web conferencing enabling users to set up high quality audio and web conferencing that significantly reduces costs. The 5000 also integrates with Nupoint Messenger a robust messaging solution and speech auto attendant for greeting and routing of incoming calls to make communications more efficient.
Following the earlier introduction of the Mitel 5200 and 5300 series of telephone sets to the Mitel 5000, release 3 now adds support for Mitel’s innovative handset and headset support on the 5300 series of telephones.
