Mitel Networks, has chosen Cardiff-based b2b dealer the Word as its specialist re-seller in Wales
The Word is the only Mitel Partner with a head office in Wales and the relationship will build on the company’s newly launched converged telecoms offering, which focuses on combining businesses mobile, landline, data and other solutions.
As part of its move into the converged systems market, the Word will combine its long-established knowledge of the south Wales business communications market with Mitel’s extensive product range.

The partnership with Mitel follows the recent appointment of Nick Williams who was recruited from BT Global Services to head-up the fixed line division and drive the converged solutions offering at the Word.

The convergence portfolio complements the Word’s existing offering of innovative mobile services such as employee tracking for safety and security and home worker solutions.
