Mobile operators get Social Analytics solution

Xtract, a provider of social intelligence-powered advanced predictive analytics technologies and solutions and Nokia Siemens Networks, global enabler of telecommunications services, announced today that they will jointly deliver a Predictive Analytics solution to mobile operators globally.

With advanced capabilities for analysing and segmenting customers, the solution helps operators reduce churn and target their marketing campaigns more effectively.

When integrated with other capabilities in the Nokia Siemens Networks’ offering for Customer Experience Management, such as campaign management, the Social Analytics solution strengthens the insight generated for the departments across the operator organisation.
