Airtime distributor, MoCo, has made it easier for dealers to order 3 consumer new post pay connections, thanks to integration of both companies’ online ordering portals.
MoCo’s portal, ConSol, can now submit connections direct to 3’s Sprint, considerably increasing the efficiency of connections. Via a new easy to use interface, dealers can carry out the end to end process including tracking referred connections, performing credit checks, tracking deliveries via a Royal Mail interface and selling Fonsure insurance. The name of the dealer’s salesperson can also be logged against all connections.
Orders processed in ConSol before 2pm are despatched the same afternoon, considerably enhancing the customer’s perception of the dealer.
Phil Long, MoCo operations manager, said: “The integration with Sprint allows 3 dealers to focus on sales and providing their customers with a positive experience. It also helps reduce their costs and improve cash flow because no stockholding is required, and it limits their exposure to bad debts.”
Dealers also benefit from MoCo’s dedicated helpdesk and procurement services.
