Molloy takes Aurora's software to partners

Unified Comms
At Channel Live this month Ant Molloy, CEO of Aurora, announced that under his new structure he will be bringing Aurora's software to market for resellers for the first time. Sold via Digital Wholesale Solutions the software has been a foundation for the Daisy Group and their impressive growth story.

At the show Molloy said, "Aurora’s pedigree has been in billing systems, we have been there for a number of years. In the time I have been working within the Daisy Group and the various business units we have always had a view of commercialising the software we were building. This was the perfect time for that. It was extracting the software which we have been developing for the last ten years and packaging that up to give back to resellers. The software which has been behind Daisy’s growth and business units will now be made available to resellers via DWS."

"From the software side, the software we have built has been focused around sales, ordering, provisioning, care and support and self service. It broadens out the offering that Aurora is now taking to market. It’s all built on a layer of automation as well. Taking time, manual effort, re-keying and any of the waste that delays that lead-to-cash process, or the customer in-life management care process. We have learned lots of lessons on that and been driven quite hard by the customers to innovate and make that leaner and slicker. We are now bundling that up and giving it to the resellers."
