Adept Telecom made two significant announcement last month with CEO Ian Fishwick saying, “Last week we announced to the Stock Exchange our ninth consecutive year of rising underlying EBITDA. This week we reached £9 million in commission payments to our IT and Telecoms National Partner Program. These payments have been a huge boon to the indirect channel and has enabled hundreds of partner companies to sell new products without the need to invest in extra people or systems.”
Joe Murphy, Sales Director said, “When we set up the National Partner Program we never dreamed that we would pay out £9 million. We are constantly looking for new partners as we are committed to an indirect channel whereby national partners sell our products in exchange for connection bonuses and on-going revenue share. To further support the channel we are increasing our partner support budget by £200,000 this year and have hired five more sales people in the last three months. We are delighted to say that we have hired 3 graduates as it seems a criminal waste of talent to see so many graduates unemployed or working behind bars to make ends meet.”
