Moneypenny is today announcing the launch of Penelope, a complete call handling solution that transforms the way small businesses handle their calls.
Using an app, users decide where and how their calls ring. The result is, in the same way as your emails arrive on whichever devices suit you, your office calls do exactly the same. Instead of just ringing your office phone, they ring the handsets that suit you best; mobile, home phone, a colleague etc.
Penelope includes far more than just clever ways of routing your calls to you.
