More changes at the top for Binatone

Following the retirement earlier this year of the company founder and the appointment of Dino Lalvani as Chairman and CEO, there have been more changes announced at Binatone Telecom plc. Adrian Green has moved up from UK Sales & Marketing Director to a global position of Group Sales Director and Jeffrey Cohen has taken over as Managing Director.

Jeffrey Cohen has extensive experience of the telecoms market including time with Motorola and Audioline – he also previously held a senior sales position at Binatone and is delighted to be returning to the fold at this point in the company’s development.

“Binatone is going through a particularly dynamic phase of diversification and expansion,” explained Dino Lalvani. “Whilst holding our position as the world’s 2nd largest manufacturer of DECT phones, we are also starting to make a significant impact on several new markets. For example, at the end of last year we took the UK satellite navigation market by storm achieving the fourth highest sales in the country just three months after entering this highly competitive arena.”

“These latest changes at a senior level reflect our achievements and prepare the way forward,” he added. “Adrian Green has been very successful in developing the UK business is now ready to take a crack at the global market – leaving the UK in the capable hands of Jeffrey Cohen.”
