In the UK Natural Convergence systems are the backbone on which Mitel load their 3300 ICP call control software to produce the Mitel 3600 hosted telephony solutions marketed by the likes of Gamma Telecom, ATC Group and Redstone.
The announcement from CTI Group means that service providers such as these can now offer their customers professional traffic analysis and call recording.
