More Music from Retell

Call recording specialist Retell is set to launch a new music on hold player the VGP 70 which uses six choices of flash memory cards to store music and voice mixes and can alternatively be used as a player for digital videos or photographs displayed on TV or video monitors.

The VGP 70 includes Studio software to mix a choice of eleven royalty free music tracks with up to fifteen on hold audio announcements. A customer’s own on hold message can be recorded and mixed with the royalty free music. Retell cites companies with branch offices or store chains as benefiting by having on hold announcements mixed at HQ and then sent to their outlets.

The VGP 70 can also be used to link to a reception TV screen and play a slide show of digital photographs or video recorded onto MMC, SD or most flash memory formats. This type of display can be used by Estate Agencies for example to attract customers to view properties on TFT screens in the shop window. The VGP 70 will be available in three versions, Satelite, Standard or Pro.

Where customers prefer MP3 format Retell's VGP 10 Lite and VGP 10 Pro studio offer over 120 minutes of on hold audio music and messages.

The VGP 10 Lite is pre loaded with three royalty free music tracks and three announcements allowing a quick and easy plug and play installation. The VGP 10 Pro includes the same studio software as the new VGP 70 with several language choices, looped music, inbuilt operating system and Power fail back up as standard. Music and announcements can be easily mixed and e mailed.
