Murphx Launches VoiceStream

murphx Innovative Solutions, the connectivity wholesaler has today announced the launch of their new connectivity product, VoiceStream. VoiceStream is dedicated to delivering quality assured connectivity for IP telephony applications and is said by the vendor to be the first product in the UK market place to guarantee the amount of voice channels over a broadband connection under a service level agreement.

Traditionally IP Telephony operators have struggled to set customer expectations on how many voice channels they can expect over a broadband connection. By utilising murphx’s proprietary QoS technology combined with a series of techniques to provide assured connectivity VoiceStream is set to quickly become the benchmark in broadband circuits for voice.

The public launch of the service is following the successful trial with High Wycombe based telecommunications reseller Universal Telecom, who has been trialling the service with their 5G Plus and 5G Premier products.
