MyPhones has announced the launch of Insights, a new reporting suite for the MyPhones Altos hosted telephony platform. The company said this has been developed to give end users and partners in-depth reporting and data analytics to understand how the platform is being used.
Insights will replace the existing reporting module and gives users a wider choice of reporting options. Reports can be filtered by call types, users and groups, with results displayed visually and with detailed statistics in the platform, or in downloadable CSV or PDF formats. The information has been designed to enable the remote management of call groups and individual productivity.
Paul Gibbs (pictured above), sales director at MyPhones, explained, “The level of reporting we can offer through Insights is just what our partners and customers have been looking for. Supervisors can see productivity statistics easily with filterable call detail, showing answered and abandoned calls, call durations and DND reporting.
“The Insights reporting suite provides our partners with exceptionally rich call reporting statistics and crucially, it is inclusive in the standard licence, so there are no additional Bolt-Ons to configure or additional costs. It fits with our ethics of having an industry leading hosted telephony platform that is easy for partners to onboard and sell.”
The MyPhones hosted telephony platform is a channel-only, white label product that gives partners the ability to build their own bundles and create their own unique products and packages.
