NEC Infrontia Opens Its Doors

IP telephony market leader NEC Infrontia has hosted a special partner event to unveil the company’s new state-of-the-art facility, Innovation House in Nottingham.

NEC invited business partners and suppliers to the launch, where they were treated to a tour of the building’s modern facilities, including the company’s brand new technology suites. Resellers can utilise these suites to demonstrate the latest NEC solutions and services to customers.

“We are very proud of our new facilities here and we wanted our channel partners to see the benefits of using them at first hand,” said Andrew Cooper, Sales Director at NEC Infrontia. “The demonstration suites in particular provide an excellent opportunity for our partners to show the business benefits of our market-leading communications solutions.”

As part of the day, business partners also had the opportunity to view NEC’s latest Unified Communications solutions for businesses. NEC provided its resellers, distributors and suppliers with a roadmap of its products, and an overview of future marketing plans for the channel. The invited guests also viewed the latest updates to NEC’S IP Dect products, MyCalls software and UCB applications. Paul Kievit, CEO of NEC Philips Unified Solutions, officially opened the new NEC Infrontia headquarters.

“It’s was incredibly useful to have a tour of the building and get an insight into NEC’s future plans,” commented Alex Moody of NEC reseller Southern Communications. “Innovation House is somewhere that I can convert potential customers into clients, the demonstration suites are superb.
