NEC’s latest venture into vertical markets involved teaming up with Norwich-based Business Partner RPM and the ITN news production team. Filming took place at medical practice locations in Kings Lynn and Skegness, and showed how the NEC SV8100 can lower costs, increase productivity and improve the patient experience.
Narrated by newsreader Martin Lewis, the film will be appearing on the NHS Alliance website. It is aimed at practice managers, explaining why an excellent standard of care should start with the right telephone system for the job. Excellent endorsements from patients show that the NEC solution makes it easier for them to get in touch.
