Co founders of NeoWave Distribution Justin Blaine and David Brown are to part company after a successful four years in business together.
Formed in 2003 as Wavelink Communications, the company were recognised as the number 1 supplier of Fixed Cellular Terminals within their first 6 months of trading. 2005 saw a diversification into the door entry market, becoming exclusive distributors of 2N’s product portfolio, the GSM Door Entry System, EntryCom was launched with massive success. The portfolio grew further in 2006, with the launch of Mobility Extension and TXTel, and more recently with NeoVoice, the industry’s first mobile to mobile recording solution. With the integration of FCT’s, ME and NeoVoice as one piece of equipment, NeoWave can now provide customers with a truly unique communications package.
Although Dave leaves the company as director and hopes to takes things a little easier, he will continue to provide consultancy services to NeoWave distribution as well as other organisations.
Justin Blaine comments, ‘Whilst the departure of David will be a sad loss to NeoWave this will however enable the business to move forward with a clear directive coming from the Management team as well as a more strategic input from the directors, our people are our best asset and it should be them that have a say in what direction the business takes, this will ensure that we have a sound growth plan with greater profitability.’
NeoWave will also be recruiting a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the near future which will add to the already impressive Board of directors.
