Having spent the last 2 years developing an in-depth knowledge of Sennheiser headsets, Phil welcomes the opportunity to develop this knowledge and expand into other areas. Ward said, “This is a great opportunity for me, I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Sennheiser and developing new skills in audio conferencing and call management”.
In his new role, Ward will seek to increase NeoWave’s distribution of Sennheiser, Konftel and Tollring products to channel. Neowave have ambitious plans to promote complete solutions to their channel partners and are willing to provide an expert to help their channel partners understand and cross sell products. Justin Blaine, MD of Neowave stated, “We believe Phil will be a great asset to the Neowave team, we are keen to promote and increase our range of ancillary products to channel but realise that to do this we need to provide help”. Blaine then went on to comment that, the increase in home workers, conferencing and need to manage calls, meant that there was a huge market and opportunity for the reseller channel. Blaine declared, “The increase in ancillary products means that there is a need for specialist support and the distributor who is willing to provide it will become the distributor of choice – Neowave want to be that distributor”.
