Distributor NeoWave has recently promoted Martin Roden as Operations Manager and are looking to increase their technical department in a bid to support resellers and new products.
Justin Blaine Managing Director of NeoWave commented, “We are delighted that Martin who has been with the company for five years has accepted this role – he will be developing the team and rising to the challenge of supporting our ever increasing reseller base.” Part of Roden’s remit is to develop Neowave Technical Services; a division set up by the company to help resellers who want to concentrate upon sales activities and may want to outsource some of their end user training and technical support.
Martin Roden commented, “I have been field based for some years and I know first-hand the challenges facing resellers, outsourcing their technical support is an excellent way for us to support their efforts.”
Neowave will be putting together a number of flexible packages for their resellers so that they can tap into their technicians both field and office based on a short or long term basis.
Blaine said Neowave are committed to their pledge of not competing and said that, “This is an effective channel strategy which puts the reseller in the driving seat on sales and we are pleased to place our efforts firmly behind their activities.”
Blaine sees this as a cost effective way for new resellers to grow their business and skill up at a later date while still retaining customer ownership.
