Netdatatel are delighted to announce that they have been acquired by Chess for an undisclosed sum
Stewart Macdonald CEO said “When Chess approached us with the idea of acquiring our business and talked us through their strategy and acquisition process it became clear that they were the right business to take over the reins. With their long standing history of acquisitions we saw their experience shine throughout the process. Chess were extremely interested in Netdatatel as we are a recognised tier 2 Telecoms Fibre Provider with our own Network Infrastructure.
Our customers are the most important factor in this deal and we knew that Chess are extremely focused on its customers.”
Chess has a proven track record at making successful acquisitions, we knew this flexible deal would give us the best value for us, and more importantly, our customers. I am very confident the transition will be a smooth one and our customers will be more than satisfied.”
