NetPay are hosting an opportunity workshop event to promote the benefits of value added services like card payment services to your telecoms portfolio.
The ‘Opportunity’ workshop will be held at the Ingenico offices in Covent Garden on Tuesday 25th February 2014, providing the perfect opportunity for members of the Telecoms industry to learn about and discuss the benefits of adding card payment services to their portfolio and develop new revenue stream opportunities that can enhance their existing service to their customers. Carl Churchill, Managing Director from NetPay said “Telecoms is changing and it is becoming increasingly hard to generate lucrative revenue when margins are being continually eroded. The need to look for new and less traditional services to bolt onto your portfolio is becoming even more important. Over the years the telecoms industry has embraced new services and technologies such as mobile, cloud computing and unified comms and card payments is just the same.”
The workshop will explore how adding card payment services can generate lucrative recurring revenue, differentiate your business and make customers stickier.
Churchill continues “Card payment processing volumes are growing by more than 10% year on year. Taking payments is an essential part of every business, with 1 million businesses authorised to take card payments in the UK today and 3.5 million businesses do not accept cards but do accept cheques and cash which costs 50% more to process, there is a fantastic opportunity for telecoms companies to grow its revenue stream!”
