Networks First Offers Small Local Businesses Rent Holiday

Redditch based Networks First has decided to offer small businesses a helping hand when it opens its old offices, Bentley Manor, up for rent. With three months rent free and a complimentary access package, which gives tenants IT, financial, marketing and website advice, the offices aim to provide a great solution for smaller businesses in the current economic climate.

Managing director of Networks First, Peter Titmus, explains: “We started our business in a recession and know how difficult it can be. Fortunately Networks First is now in a strong position and continues to grow which meant moving to larger, purpose built offices in Redditch last year. When we decided to open up Bentley Manor for rental space, we thought it made sense to convert the buildings into suites, each accommodating between four to eleven employees. By offering flexible leasing contracts that could support small, local businesses it hopefully enables them to get through these difficult times.”

Bentley Manor has been designed with both start-up and downsizing businesses in mind. As part of the complimentary access package each new leaseholder will initially be supported by Networks First. Titmus concludes: “I am offering my team’s time to support businesses with free marketing, finance and IT advice to try and help them overcome some of the challenges they face and see where their businesses are going. We feel extremely lucky to now be in a strong position financially and have the opportunity to support other smaller, local business people within the region.”
